Refund policy
If you made an in-app purchase by accident or have second thought about it, don't worry: it's still possible to ask for a refund.
Here's the guide on how to get your refund on Android. You can also find iOS info down below.
Step 1: Use Google Play's official refund form
Google Play allows all refunds in the 48 hours following the purchase, you can use this form to request the refund :

Keep in mind that Google manage payments for us, so asking directly to them is the most straightforward way to receive a refund.
Step 2: Contact us directly at contact@smashinteractive.io
If the 48hours of delay for Google Play have passed, you can still reach out to us at contact@smashinteractive.io and explain your situation. We will study it and see if we are able to proceed with a refund.
Here's what you need to include in your mail :
Subject of the mail : Name_GooglePlay 48hours expired_refund request
In the mail : Your username in Smash Badminton, your situation eg: why do you request a refund, and the order number
We will get back to you in the next 3 business days and will do our best to understand your situation. Our goal is to make sure you have fun with Smash Badminton, and not at all to create frustration due to payments.
However, if you do not use the right subject for the mail it might be longer, and if we find out you are trying to fraud or to cheat, you will be banned.
Step Bonus: if you play the game on IOS
Apple also supports refunds for most transactions during an extended period of time (eg: no ads, VIP Pass, gems that haven't been used...) please visit the following site to request the refund

However, keep in mind that Apple manages payments for us, and if they refuse the refund we have no way to refund you.
